734 Old Days Decorative Font comes in 2.5", 3", 3.5", 4" and 4.5" heights based on the capital "A" (height includes knock-down area). All sizes include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and ten punctuation marks as show in the character chart pictured above.

All characters are set up as three colors so you can stitch out in coordinating colors or use the same color for a monochromatic look. The first area to stitch is a cross-stitch style knock-down area to lower the pile of lofty fabrics like terry cloth and fleece. Next, the knock-down area is outlined with a delicate star-stitch border. Last is the satin stitched letters with increased density for better coverage. 

Stabilizer: Be sure to use a water-soluble stabilizer on the face of the project when stitching on terry cloth and other lofty fabrics....also use an iron-on/tear-away stabilizer on the back.

Do Not Resize: resizing will degrade the stitch pattern of both the knock-down stitch pattern as well as that of the star-stitch outline.
