● DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Select My Account from the top menu and sign in if you aren't already. 2) On the "My Account" page select Review & Download Orders. 3) On the "Orders Status" page that comes up your orders are listed by date and each order lists the sets you purchased on that order....next to the set name click the "(CLICK HERE To Download Files)" text/link to pull up a list of files you can download for that particular set. 4) click the file name/s from the "the files available for *****" download list individually to download the files you need for your machine and software (you may need to right click the link and select "save as" to direct the download to a particular folder).
● Standard Machine Embroidery Formats: DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, SEW, VIP, VP3 & XXX  Are available for download on all Font & Motif design sets. Font & Motif Sets are for use in computerized embroidery machines and with machine embroidery software ONLY. You must have a computerized embroidery machine and embroidery management software to use these designs. NOTE: Jolson's Designs Embroidery Fonts ARE NOT available in TTF (true type fonts) or OTF (OpenType Font) also known as computer keyboard fonts (each letter, number & punctuation mark is an individual embroidery file).  Embroidery management/editing software is required to compose words and phrases by importing the individual letters/embroidery files and composing the words/name with your software. Instructions for using your embroidery machine and embroidery management software is not provided here...it should be obtained from the dealer who sold you your embroidery machine and embroidery management software. Jolson's Designs does not provide SVG format for vinyl cutters. Jolson's Designs Fonts & Motifs ARE NOT patterns for hand embroidery.
● *BX Format For Embrilliance: *BX files are available on all fonts and are for use with Embrilliance software which allows you to type out the pre-digitized letters into words, names or phrases using Embrilliance. Motif sets (non-Alphabet designs) are not available in BX format. 
● Do Not Resize Or Adjust Density: Resizing or adjusting density on embroidery objects will compromise the stitch pattern of the original file.
