Because each individual letter is uniquely shaped, you may choose to overlap them as shown in the stitch sample above. If you do overlap your letters, make sure you are using embroidery editing software that allows you to remove hidden stitches. Failure to remove hidden stitches on overlapped embroidery obects will result in high density stitch areas that can cause thread jamming, needle breakage and damage to your project garment.
